Lively Ruby and Diamond Cluster Ring Ca1950

A beautiful Ruby and Diamond cluster ring in 18ct yellow and white gold (stamped). The Ruby has a pretty , good red colour with a surround of 8 'Brilliant cut' Diamonds and two baguettes. These are clean and white stones estimated at G, VS-Si colour and clarity. The Ruby is an 'Oval cut' and facetted with no nicks or fractures. It is a good clean stone with high clarity ; inclusions cannot be seen with the loupe. The Ruby has a very pretty 'Claret' colour, a deep red wine with a slight hint of pink. The Ruby measures 0.78 cts approximately. The Diamonds are 'Claw set' in white gold metal as is the ruby. The shank is plain, tapered to the shoulders, yellow gold. The baguettes are 'Rub over' set. The ring measures 1.1cm X 1.2cm. This ring is currently a size 'O' (U.K), 7 1/2 (U.K) and this ring can easily be sized up and down.
This ring has a very good colour ruby which is very lively. It makes for a pretty dress ring or a lovely engagement ring.
