A beautiful pair of long, dress earrings from the Art Deco era, Ca 1920-1935 . Set it Platinum (tested) with 'Old cut', 'Swiss cut' and 'Rose cut' diamonds with cultured pearls. The diamonds are bright, lively and sparkly, estimated to be of 'G' colour, VS/Si clarity and all in good nick, with no chips. The earrings measure 4.7cm in length and 1.1cm at the widest part. There are three graduated diamonds in millegrain setting at the top of the earrings, providing articulation and movement.the other diamonds are all finely millegrain set too. The bottom diamond is articulated too and leads to a small cultured pearl with movement as well. The backs are secure round discs that press in and out to push in and pull out. These are a classic pair of Deco earrings, with the Deco geometry and design.
