A Magical 'Blue' Schiller effect Moonstone Edwardian Necklace Ca 1915 in 15ct Yellow Gold.

A fine and magical 'blue' Schiller Moonstone necklace from the Edwardian era, Ca1910-15. The moonstones have a lovely 'blue' hue, which is rare to find and a very desired quality in good Moonstones. All the Moonstones are 'Rub over' set in 15ct gold (tested) and are all articulated, which leads beautiful movement and colour to the stones as they catch the light and 'shimmy shimmer'. The. length of the necklace is 45cm, and the length of the longest drop is 3.4cm (all three going down). The weight of the necklace is 31.69g. the Moonstones are in lovely condition, with no nicks. They are in super condition. The trace link chain leads to a bolt clasp.  
This is a magnificent statement piece worn under a white shirt at day or dress up for the evening with a glorious dress and it fills the neck most beautifully.
