Victorian Natural Pearl and 'Old Mine' Cut Diamond Crescent Brooch, Ca 1880

£1,650.00
sold out

A Lovely Victorian Crescent brooch with pretty, lustrous and high quality 'Natural' pearls and 'Old mine' cut Diamonds . The pearls have not been tested but its from my experience and as a Gemmologist, I will say that they are. They have a fine, lustrous and smooth skin and are a whitish cream colour. Interspersed between these are the 'Claw set' diamonds. These are good, clean and white stones with no chips. Both the pearls and diamonds graduate to a smaller size starting from the middle of the brooch. The crescent measures 4.4cm approximately in length. This comes as a brooch but can easily be attached to a chain and worn as a sweet and fashionable necklace, or even indeed a pendant. The gold has been to be 18ct. It has a mouthwatering melt in the mouth butter colour. There is a safety catch to the back of the brooch.

Layaway options are offered so please do get in touch if you are interested. Insured shipping is also included. Please do read the terms of sale before making any purchase. Thank you for stopping by .
