Gorgeous ca. 1950s Turquoise and Diamond Ring in Platinum

A scrumptious Turquoise treat ! An effortlessly stylish Turquoise and Diamond ring, set finely in Platinum, with clean, white 'Round Brilliant Cut' diamonds in 'Pave setting'. The diamonds are approximately G colour, VS/Si clarity and measure 0.03ct each. To the sides by the shoulders, three 'Pave set' Baguettes are present. The size of the ring from top to bottom is 1.7cm X 1.25cm approximately. The ring is especially gorgeous when worn in the sun. It's a beautifully rich, smooth exotic blue. To my gemological eye, the colour suggests this stone is from Persia. Set in a glamorous 1950s setting, with high quality, clean, white diamonds, this ring is a sure hit for any stylish woman. The Turquoise is a beautifully cut 'Sugar loaf' shape, smooth and rich in texture and colour. It is a natural stone with veins and markings on the back.
