Art Deco Sapphire and Diamond Cluster Ring ca. 1920-35

Pretty, Art Deco Natural Sapphire and diamond cluster ring, set in Platinum and 18ct yellow gold (tested). The natural sapphire is thought to be of Ceylon origin, and is bright, dispersive and a good royal blue colour. It is oval cut and measures 0.65ct estimated, and is finely mille grain set, as are the diamonds. The diamonds are bright, sparkly and of swiss cut. They are all well matched stones. There is a halo effect to the edge of the ring, adding to its fine craftsmanship and detail. The ring is platinum tipped and the back and plain shank is in yellow gold. Ring can be sized.
