Art Deco Chic Onyx and Diamond Ring Ca1920-35

A chic and stylish Onyx and ‘Transition cut’ Diamond ring, Ca1920-35 set in 18ct white gold. The Onyx is cut from one piece and rises at an angle upwards, like a pyramid. There is a very tiny chip at the. centre of one of the pyramid sides. This is very small and hardly noticeable but must be mentioned. . The diamonds total 0.25ct, with the central three diamonds weighing 0.07ct each. They are good, clean, white diamonds estimated at G colour and VS clarity. The smaller ones to the shoulders are a mixture of ‘Rose cuts’ and ‘Swiss cuts’. There is a fine and pretty gallery with arches. The shank to the shoulders has grooving and tapers off to become plain. This ring embodies the style and era of Art Deco; geometrical, symmetrical, chic and stylish.
