A lovely Art Deco Burma ruby and old mine cut diamond ring set in platinum open strap work. The oval facetted ruby measures 0.70cts and is a lively, warm wine colour with a glow specific to rubies from Burma.It is a natural, clean stone with out visable inclusions. The old mine diamonds measure 0.13cts (TW: 0.52ct) and are estimated to be of G colour and VS clarity. They are clean, white and sparkly. The mount is hand made and there are smaller old cut diamonds to the shoulders. The ring is currently a size K 1/2 (UK), 5 3/4.
