A very pretty, delicate aquamarine and diamond necklace in 18ct tested gold, Ca 1910. The diamonds are 'Old cuts' and of good quality, colour and clarity. They are 'Rub over' set and 'Pave set' and are approximately 0.03/0.05cts each . The aquamarine's are 'Old round cuts', measuring 0.50ct each and 9 in number, a total of 4.50 cts approximately and 'Oval cuts', 5 in number, a total of 3.50cts approximately, and are 'Claw set'. Both the diamonds and aquamarine's are set in rich, butter coloured gold. The chain is a later addition and has a open bolt ring fastener. The necklace come with its own antique box as shown in the pictures. 
This pretty necklace will enhance a lovely blouse or dress in the day time, or be worn as a stunning ensemble with a dressier outfit in the evening. It is classic, timeless elegance.
