A lovely, traditional and classic ruby and diamond cluster ring. The 'Oval cut' 'Natural' Siam ruby weighing 1ct approximately with a pretty 'pomegranate' colour, a deep red, with a tinge of pink, but much more red than pink. The ruby is set in 'rub over' setting in a warm tone, using 18ct tested yellow gold. The cooler diamonds are set in a 'cool' environment of platinum. The measurements of the ruby are 7.1 x 5.3 x 2.5 mm approximately. The diamonds are clean and white, lively and sparkly, measuring 0.07ct each, total 1ct approximately. They are estimated to be of G colour and VS clarity and flank either side of the shoulders beautifully as well. The ring measures 12 x 14mm. The ring is currently a size 'N' (U.K), 7 (U.S) and can easily be sized up and down. The proportions to the gemstones in this ring are very becoming. The collet is beautifully made so it is a pleasure to wear and look on the sides.
